Placed an order on February 10, 2015.We spend tons of money every month for our office supplies.
Now that they are going to be a monopoly in the office business supply world, they could care less about their customers. (Soon to become Staples) Today is February 18th. still no supplies, one person does not know what the other is doing at Office Depot. We are told either it was delivered or the order is on a truck somewhere.
Nobody has a clue. After 1.5 hours on the phone yesterday we still have no products delivered. Complaint to corporate office is a joke 24 to 48 hours before we can expect a response.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of office supplies and associated monetary loss in the amount of $200. Office Depot needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
