Placed online order not delivered on time would take up to 7 days to get back to me.

Placed online order with 3-5 business day delivery. After 6 days, contacted customer service, informed the item shipped on August 14th, but unable to determine delivery date. They will have to contact third party for information and will be up to 7 business days to get response back to me. Because the item has been shipped, they can not cancel the order. Options now is to wait for their reply, they can try to contact the shipper to stop the order, or wait till the item is delivered and contact them about returning item. Again it may take them up to 7 day to get back to me. Not a happy customer

Bad customer service cashier at the Mount Zion Parkway store Stockbridge GA. Talk female cashier with glasses just caused a group of customers to walk out. They're going to put the video on social.med

Bad cashier service, group of customers walked out. Cashier didn't speak to customers as they were to check out etc.

Bad computor tower /no service

Bought computer 1/22 had it in 4 times for repair and was told I would have to send it back o 1/9/23 motherboard was bad. If you buy a new car from Detroit does this mean you take it there for repair or replacement, terrible service and Co practices, expect replacement or money back, Steve Glaspie Alcoa, tn

Bought acomputor tower 3/23 with a 1 yr warranty had it in for repair 4 times finally i was told it had a bad motherboard and would have to send it back myself,loosing setup fee and virus protection ,
