Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I was offered a partial refund for the inconvenience as well as a follow up with the employee..

I have a customer service complaint in regards to picking up my order at the store in Alexandria VA. Firstly, my order was not in the pick up location. Second, after waiting for about 10 mins, the customer service clerks assisted customers that came in after me simply because they flagged them down. This location has horrible customer service.

Horrible Customer Service

Ordered delivered and items listed in packing list were missing or wrong. Called customer service and, because package delivered earlier than expected was told nothing could be done until after 5:00 pm on the expected delivery date (2 days from now). Asked for supervisor that never answered or called back. Finally got support via chat and replacement order created at net zero cost (credited original order and waived shipping on replacement). Hopefully it arrives with correct items this time. This is the second and last chance Im giving Office Depot. Came back after 5 years. BIG MISTAKE!!!

Strange delivery persob

I was called from our call box that we had a delivery from Office Depot. I said I was not expecting anything. He said my first and last name and then said rudely dont you want your package. I let him In to our development. In retrospect I should not have let him in. I Went outside and saw a person delivering something to a neighbor. Why would he have said my full name if package was not for me. Very disturbing and scary. Called customer service but they were not able to help

I returned an unopened desk to them -no refund after 6 weeks and many calls.

On Sept 30, 2021 I returned a desk to them, un-opened within two days of receiving it. Their currier picked it up from my front porch on Sept 30, and I still have not received a refund as on November 12, 6 weeks later. I have called customer service multiple times, and they repeatedly read me and email me a script that I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. It never happens. Next, I ask them to escalate my request and they assure me they have 'escalated it to their supervisor'. This was a $200+ purchase, and I just can't lose that kind of money.

User's recommendation: Be very sure you want to keep your item before you place an order.

Not happy with customer

I had ordered WINDOWS 10 POR they had sent me a product. key # it does not work. I keep calling them to get help. Because I can not return ordered on line Each time they keep sending the same number. I don't think they understand.

Warn others to order elsewhere

Placed a return that Office Depot was suppose to pick up yesterday 10/26. I called half way through the day and was assured that it would be picked up by 5pm. Here we are today with me reaching back out to have customer service tell me that someone will reach back out tomorrow? No ETA. I asked that they let them know it needs to be done tomorrow we are closed Friday but for some reason that is not something they are able to do?

Person in office Depot very unprofessional.

AngryMy name is Wilie I was having a great day until I stepped into Office Depot on Capital Circle NE, Tallahasee Fl.The guy that was serving me was very rude and unprofessional, no customer service what so ever. I was really upset when I left there. I can't believe he acted this way in front of other customers(Saxon Poyner). He needs to go back thru customer service training and he's a Print &;; Client Services Supervisor,Smh.

Simply too inaccessible ! I spent days attempting to recover the password. Too much work and far too stressful! Any alternative would be welcomed.

Office depot pens have failed, leaking on my shirts several times (approximately 4 dress shirts and 4 white under shirts).

Another poor quality Office Depot product/

Office Depot name brand products are no longer good quality. Magic tape doesn't stick, Banker boxes are not sturdy enough to fully utilize. Multipack scissors don't cut. Highlighters don't last long...

User's recommendation: Okay selection for most office needs, just don't buy store brand.

Charges not process

My money had not been deposited back into my account: $189.99 plus $59.99 I had talked to different people from their 1800 number and they said someone will call back and they never did, call back to solve my issues and returned my money to my bank account

Almost three weeks later, still no credit. Friday I called customer service (or lack of) again, told me supervisors don't work on weekends and someone will call me either by the end of the day or Monday....UH, no.

Today (Tuesday) I get a call from a "supervisor" telling me that the refund has been "released" HUH? and that I will be receiving my credit in a few days....we shall see
