After spending $200 at Office Depot last week on a shredder I returned today to purchase ink for my two office printers. After looking for assistance for 10 minutes I asked the cashier for help.

Without getting off the phone she said she would send some one over to help me. Another 10 minutes went by, the cashier still on the phone, no one showed up to help me. As I left I waived to the cashier and she didn't seem to mind I was leaving. I am now returning the shredder - I am not going to promote companies that don't provide customer service.

By the way, after leaving Office Depot today due to poor/no customer service, I spent over $200 in ink at BestBuy. I wonder how long Office Depot will be in business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

to OP: please see reviews about Best buy on this website...if you look long enough you will find one that op will complain about a retailer-then will be so disgruntled they'll be taking their business to Office Depot---this action will result in everything balancing out
