I ordered a computer and all paperwork said it would be delivered 3/22/13 between 8 - 5. I got in touch with their online chat at 5:30, and was told it would be here in 1/2 hr, at 6:15, got back in touch with chat, they told me it would be here in the next few minutes, then at 7 p.m.
got back in touch with chat and was told it wasn't going to be delivered today, after I had made my ride wait all day for me to do errands, as I am disabled and can not drive to get all my errands done. Now I have to pay for my driver for today and tomorrow, and if it's not delivered tomorrow, I have to pay my driver for another day!!
Monetary Loss: $75.
