Poor custumer service for rewards at Office Depot
I just spent over an hour with Office Depot's "customer service", both on-line and on the phone. I was trying to get access to my account to get rewards and also wanted to merge my old Office Max account to the Office Depot. They needed to send me an email which I never received, refused to send it to another address, refused to mail the info to me. A real catch 22 situation. I miss the Office Max stores and customer service. Time to shop at Staples!
