11/29/2012: This past weekend OFFICE DEPOT ran a promotion called "SurPrize Card", beginning Friday and ending Monday November 26th.Offering these cards, which may have been scratch cards with a value of $10 up to $250 for any purchase of $10 or more.

On Monday the last day of the promotion the OFFICE DEPOT website offered Two (2) "Surprize Cards" with any purchase. I went to store #256 ... made a purchase, only to be told by two of the sales agents they had no Cards -- which were gone by Friday (first day of the 4 day promotion). Made two calls to OFFICE DEPOT Customer Service, connected to a Supervisor who promised to address my complaint.

Never received a call back.If you had a similar experience please e-mail me at "partnerwest@yahoo.com".

Monetary Loss: $250.

It's idiots like you that show up to a Black Friday sale at 5 in the afternoon and *** about why there aren't any 10 dollar blue ray players left, even though the sale started at 6 a.m.You went to a store ON THE LAST DAY of a promotion.

They were offering two cards to get rid of what they had left.

Clearly a lot of people made purchases qualifying for two cards. You snooze you lose, ***.

Most of those promotions are while supplies last. Deal with it.
