I agree with the previous complaints I have read here. Office Depot is the only company that I will AVOID purchasing items from that include rebates. I have purchased items in the past that included rebate offers (twice). Both times they lost or missplaced (but stated incomplete paperwork) the items I submitted. When I told them I had a complete copy of what I sent and that I can mail it to them or fax it to them they said they would not honor a copy. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM WITH REBATE TERMS. You are better off buying it elsewhere and paying more money.
