Office Depot complaint

I took two (2) printers inks Lexmark brand for a Refill on December 2007 to Office Depot on 107 ave North West in Doral Florida. I went three (3) times to pick it up since I left them there. They weren't ready, finally I got them on February 15th 2008, what a surprise when I installed in my machine they were empty, not ink at all!

I can't believe such a ineficient work. They made me wait almost 3 month for nothing and I lost my money.

Office Depot, such a bad service and prices are very very expensive
