Office Depot complaint by Jerry dougherty
. purchased tv,went bad after 3 weeks.off

depot says after 14 days,i must deal with

manufacturer.( viewsonic) both companies giving me runaround. 7 weeks

so far. i have sent all requested documents. when i am able to get through by phone, i am told someone will get back to me. this does not happen.most other stores use a 30 day exchange policy. i have never experienced such awful customer treatment in my 67 years, noteven sears is this bad. from now on, it's radio shack, overstock.com or target . run! , dont just walk away from office depot

Did you buy the extended warranty through Office Depot? If not, then quit crying. You admit that they have a 14 day return policy. After that you HAVE to go through the manufacturer. You are mad because they followed their own policy?? What if they did have a 30 day return policy and your TV "broke" on day 31? You'd still be crying that they should violate their own rules, wouldn't you!! :cry
