Awful service. Young lady walked away, got on phone, walked around then came back to us for a second time to ask if she could help us with something. After i told her we had been waiting on her to get a box, she laughed and said we had to get it ourselves. Add comment

I purchased a new call laser all-in-one printer for my home. I also purchased the extended warranty. In about six month the machine failed to power-up. After finding out the store doesn't handle their own service claims I called and filed a claim by phone. They instructed me to mail the receipt and the toner cartridge to them and I did. This is a (negative) review of the Newbury Executive Desk at Office Depot, and the poor customer service at office depot. I bought the cabinet not realizing that it was unassembled (it was delivered since they didn't have one in the store), but thought I have time and patience, so unloaded the box to begin. My daughter had an issue with a phone card and brought it back to the store. When the cashier refused to even look at the card my daughter walked out. Today she went in to buy folders.
