All I wanted was to change a delivery location. On line CSR said she had to cancel one order and create a new one. The next day I got a call about delivering my order to the first location. I said to cancel both orders since they can't get their act straight. CSR said she would issue the credits. One week later and I still have two charges not credited back to my card. Tried to return pens to get a store credit !! This is the response I got ! Our store manager "she" said that no one,no one can return with out a receipt !!! Well that's was enough to hear. MY WIFE TOOK IN OUR COMPUTER FOR THE OFFICE DEPOT TECHNICIANS TO WORK ON IT.THE COMPUTER HAD VIRUS ISSUES, AND PLUS I WANTED A FULL TUNE UP ON IT AS WELL, WHICH I ASKED THE TECHNICIANS TO WORK ON, LATER WHEN HE CALLED ME. I dropped off a Dell laptop to be shipped via FEDEX. It was in a Dell Box with a prepaid shipping label. The agent accepted the shipment without informing me that they were not an authorized FEDEX shipper. The package was never scanned into the FEDEX system. Awful service. Young lady walked away, got on phone, walked around then came back to us for a second time to ask if she could help us with something. After i told her we had been waiting on her to get a box, she laughed and said we had to get it ourselves. Add comment

I purchased a new call laser all-in-one printer for my home. I also purchased the extended warranty. In about six month the machine failed to power-up. After finding out the store doesn't handle their own service claims I called and filed a claim by phone. They instructed me to mail the receipt and the toner cartridge to them and I did. This is a (negative) review of the Newbury Executive Desk at Office Depot, and the poor customer service at office depot. I have requested that Office Depot refund 25% of the money I spent on these desk since they have delivered/exchanged 8 desks now and every one had near identical damage. let me start off by saying we are faithful Home Depot consumers, and we love Home Depot, but our experience this past week has been absolutely horrible....
