Office Depot, Inc. is one of the world’s leading suppliers of office services and products. The company was established in 1986 with first retail store opened in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. At the present time the administrative headquarters of the company is based in Delray Beach, FL. The company provides its services and products to consumers and businesses of all sizes.

There are three business segments of Office Depot: North American Retail Division, North American Business Solutions Division and International Division. Sales are done through numerous channels, which consist of office supply stores, a contract sales force, a telephone account management sales force, direct marketing catalogs, internet sites, and call centers. All these are based by the network of crossdocks, warehouses and delivery operations.
