We were charged twice for a very large purchase. After a dozen phone calls emails and countless hours spent trying to correct the problem it is still not resolved after 2 months. We have gotten disconnected on every single phone call made. This is without a doubt the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Am shorting my office depot stock. New policy is if your chip enabled card fails to read 3 times at the POS terminal, there is no longer a "key in card" option for the sales associate. I had to walk away from s custom $100 print order in Orlando-they could not process my business credit card Management has known of the problem. I placed an order for paper and ink to be delivered to my home as I had surgery and can't get out. I got the ink. But no paper. Called the 800# and they said I had to go to store to pick up. Called the store and they didn't have a clue. Still no paper.

Office depot "Rewards" are highly promoted and pushed by the otherwise clueless staff at the Office Depot stores. In short, the rewards, credits, rebates, etc NEVER SHOW UP on your account. Trying to call the suggested numbers results in a shuffle from one telephone number to another where either there is either a totally useless "menu" that only wants to take you to an order line, or a live operator who cannot do anything except to take a... Made a purchase at Office Depot online. The item was then incorrectly delivered and never reached our location. Office Depot went to issue a refund to the credit card we made the purchase with, however the credit card recently expired. The same card number was in place, but the expiration date had changed. I will NEVER again order from, use, delivery, shop.. anything from Office Depot EVER AGAIN. 3 weeks ago I ordered a desk, hutch and chair. The chair was delivered no problem. A second delivery had to happen for the desk and hutch. They called on a Sunday to clarify Monday was a good delivery. Went to Burbank Blvd on July 4 with the intention to buy a Laptop. One sales African American clerk for the entire store. However not many customers. I have been getting passed from one call center (India) person to another regarding a return. I am just trying to get a return authorization number and address. A purchase on-line has become a nightmare of phone calls and buck passing. I am certainly never going to use their on-lone ordering again and am probably not going to buy anything "in store" again, too. This is not a 21st century company by any measure.
