Unbelievably, Office Depot only carries ONE (1) fine point ball point pen manufacturer in their entire inventory - and they can't keep those Zebra pens in stock. Henceforth, I'm only shopping at Staples for office supplies. I figure if they can't keep standard items in stock, then they are not a company I want to deal with. In addition I bought an office chair there and it has a wire protruding from the back that keeps ripping my dress shirts, I have to cover it with tape, but the tape comes off eventually. I had an online chat if the bush desk would have 17 inches space for my printer. They replied back yes, so I ordered it for 300 bucks. After assembling for 5 1/2 hours the opening was only 14 1/4 inches so my printer would not fit in the available space. They only offered me a 40 credit. What a joke!!!!!!!!! They asked if I wanted to return the desk?That would not make any sense, since I had it all assembled. Poor customer service. All i wanted was business cards. Your staff may not know the importance of customers. If i'm a regular spending 40. Or more every visit. That adds up. Call the manager explain the problem. He actually hung up the phone. Wow be mindful, it's not only myself doing business at this location. From the start what a HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have the luxury of complaining about being a customer and an employee. WHAT A FUCKE*D UP place to work. There is no Office Depot way. They will tell you there is but by the looks of there finances they cannot sustain above water sales giving away everything. You have to provide value to your products. Will not order from Office Depot again. Ordered a Danby washer on 20 March 2016 and arrived on 1 April 2016. Only after calling to find where my shipment was because by 30 March 2016 washer hadn't even been shipped yet. The customer service was helpful and made coordination to deliver on 1 April 2016. Was happy until the box was opened or should I say the bottom of the box was barely holding on. I just spent over an hour with Office Depot's "customer service", both on-line and on the phone. I was trying to get access to my account to get rewards and also wanted to merge my old Office Max account to the Office Depot. They needed to send me an email which I never received, refused to send it to another address, refused to mail the info to me. A real catch 22 situation. I miss the Office Max stores and customer service. Time to shop at Staples! Read more

I give Office Depot high marks for the worst rewards program - don't even bother with it. Rewards that accumulate expire after the quarter. I have the cashier make sure I get points every time I make a purchase but never seem to hear from the program. Today I checked and I have zero points even though I've been buying for years and even though I am diligent about getting the points in the store. Oh, and try to get ahold of the company to find out how the program works? No, it's a robot voice that puts you on perpetual hold. So email, right?... Read more

my laptop i havent even had it 4 months have took it back to the location that I brought it at and they have gave me a replacement battery and charger the bottom of the laptop gets hot and has burnt me and my daughter and have took it back to the store they still dont want to replace it . when they replaced both the laptop charger and outlet i told them at least 4 times so he had put the laptop charger in and said ok now your all set so i reminded him the klaptop gets hot and burns me he blew me of take into consideration this was the manager... I bought a Dell laptop computer and extended warranty on 3/9/15 and returned it on 3/14/15 because it's too slow and under-performing for my needs, and I was expecting to be granted a refund back to my credit card. When I bought the laptop I was informed that I have 14 DAYS TO RETURN IT FOR ANY REASON and the same policy is printed on the back of the receipt. When I took it back to the store I was politely told by the store manager (who is very nice) that REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON COMPUTERS per "company policy" which is nowhere to be seen in...
